Why did I only receive part of my order? Where are my other items?
Our range of high quality handcrafted products are created by a range of specialist businesses in different locations.
If you place a multiple item order it's likely to be fulfilled by businesses in multiple locations.
We understand this situation isn't ideal in terms of additional shipping fees but please know that your purchases are supporting the employment of people that need work.

I've changed my mind, can I return it and get a refund?
We love happy customers!
Our store is mostly handcrafted to order; meaning we don't have a warehouse of stock.
We hope you understand that we can only accept returns for faulty products.
