Processing Time

Most of our items are handcrafted to order.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer free shipping on US orders over $200.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking is also available through the Shop app.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our items are handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please:

● Include photo evidence of the issue

● Submit your request within 3 days of receiving your item

We will assess your claim and offer a replacement if eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
